હાલમાં એક જુનું એટલે કે લગભગ ૧૯૩૦ના દાયકાનું એક પેમ્પ્લેટ મારા ધ્યાનમાં આવ્યું છે. તે પેમ્પલેટ આર્ય સમાજી ભાઈઓ દ્વારા બહાર પાડવામાં આવેલ છે, એવું દેખાઈ આવે છે.
Recently I have come across a old pamphlet which is published in the 1930s. It seems that this pamphlet was released the people following Arya Samaj religion.
એ પેમ્પલેટમાં જણાવ્યું છે કે સતપંથ એ એક મુસલમાની મત એટલે કે પંથ છે. અને તેમાં વડોદરા રાજ્યમાં ચાલેલ કોર્ટ કેસનો હવાલો (કેસ નંબર સાથે) પણ આપેલ છે, જેમાં કોર્ટે સતપંથને મુસલમાની મત છે તેવો ચુકાદો આપેલ હતો.
The Pamphlet mentions that Satpanth is not a vedic religion, but a Muslim Sect. It refers to the court matter which was before the Vadodara State, in which court order says that Satpanth is a Muslim sect.
એ કોર્ટ કેસમાં બહાર પડેલ મહત્વના મુદ્દાઓ આ પ્રમાણે છે; / important observations in the court cases are as under;
૧) વડોદરા રાજ્યના પાદરા મહાલ ન્યાયધીશમાં ગુ.મુ. નં ૫૬૯ સને ૧૯૨૯/૩૦ના મતિયા કેસના ઠરાવ નંબર ૨૦૯ તા. ૨૯.૦૧.૧૯૩૨
1) Vadodara State Padra Mahal Judge G M 569 Year 1929/30 – Matiya Case Order No. 209 Date 29-Jan-1932
૨) ઈમામ શાહ ઈરાનથી આવેલ સૈયદ હતા. (અમુક લોકો જુઠ્ઠો દાવો કરે છે, તે પ્રમાણે બ્રાહ્મણ કે રાજાના દીકરા નોહતા)
2) Imam Shah was a Saiyyed who had come from Iran. (Unlike some people making false claim that Imam Shah was a Brahmin or a son of a King)
૩) સયદોને નિષ્કલંકી નારાયણનો અવતાર તરીકે માનવામાં આવે છે.
3) Saiyyeds are considered as Avatar (Manifestation) of Nishkalanki Narayan
૪) કુરાન સતપંથનું ધાર્મિક પુસ્તક છે.
4) Kuran / Quran is the religious book of Satpanth
૫) હિંદુઓને વટલાવવા માટે ઈમામ શાહે હિંદુ અવતારોને સ્વીકારેલ છે.
5) In order to convert Hindus, Imam Shah accepted certain avatar of Hindu Gods
૬) સતપંથમાં કબરની પૂજા થાય છે.
6) Tomb is worshiped in Satpanth
૭) ભગવાન બુદ્ધે પાંડવો પાસે ગૌમેધ કરાવ્યું એટલે કે ગાયની હત્યા કરાવી
7) Bhagwan Buddha made Pandavas sacrifice the holy cow in the Havan. Which means that Pandavas killed the holy cow.
૮) શૃંગેરીના કારાવીર પીઠના જગદગુરુ શંકરાચાર્યએ સતપંથને વેદ બાહ્ય ઠરાવેલ છે.
8) Jagadguru Shankaracharya of Karaveer Peeth / Branch of Sringeri Shankaracharya has declared that Satpanth is not a Vedic religion.
૯) સતપંથના સ્થાપક અને પ્રચારકની અગલી પાછલી પીઢી મુસલમાન છે.
9) All ascendents and descendents of founder and preachers of Satpanth are Muslims.
૧૦) ઈમામ શાહના દીકરા, નુર મુહમ્મદ શાહએ પોતાને વિષ્ણુ ભગવાનનો અવતાર (એકલે કે નિષ્કલંકી નારાયણ) ઓળખાવી ગયા છે.
10) Nur Muhammad Shah, the son of Imam Shah, has declared himself as the Avatar of Vishnu i.e., the Nishkalanki Narayan.
૧૧) નુર મુહમ્મદને હિંદુઓને વિષ્ણુ અને મુસલમાનોને હજરત અલીનો અવતાર મનાવ્યો છે. (એટલે કે નિષ્કલંકી નારાયણ અને હજરત અલી એકજ છે.)
11) Nur Muhammad Shah has presented himself as Vishnu for Hindus and Hazrat Ali for Muslims. (Which means Nishkalanki Narayan and Hazrat Ali are one and same person.)
૧૨) નુર મુહમ્મદ શાહની બીબી એટલે કે બુજરખ બેગમને આધ્યશક્તિનો અવતાર બતાવેલ છે. (એટલે કે સતપંથીઓ માટે આદ્યશક્તિ કહો કે પછી ઉમિયામાં કહો એ બુજરખ બેગમ કે બીબી ફાતિમા છે.)
12) Nur Muhammad Shah’s wife, Bujrakh Begam is presented as avatar of Adhya Shakti. (Which means for Satpanthis Aadhya Shakti / Umiya Maa and Bujrakh Begam / Bibi Fatima are one and same.)

કોઈને દબાણ નથી કે કોઈને ઉતારી પાડવાનો પ્રયાસ નથી. પણ સાચી હકીકત જેમ છે તેમ આપની સામે રાખેલ છે. માટે હવે સર્વેને વિનંતી છે કે પોતાની અંતરઆત્માની અવાજ સાંભળીને નિર્ણય લો.
This is not to put pressure or demean anyone. It is only an attempt to place the facts as they are before people. Therefore request every one to take the decision wisely and use your conscience.
