Sandal ceremony performed Saiyeds (Sayyeds), the descendants of Imamshah of Pirana.

Sandal ceremony is performed annually during which the tomb of Imamshah is cleaned and fresh coat of mud and sandal is applied on the tomb. Only saiyeds have exclusive right to perform this ceremony.
