કચ્છ કડવા પાટીદાર સનાતન જ્ઞાતિ જેણે લગભગ 400 વર્ષો સુધી સતપંથ ધર્મ પાળ્યો છે, તેમણે “મા ઉમાનો આદેશ .. સતપંથ છોડો” નામનો જેણે ગ્રંથ કહી શકાય, એવું પુસ્તક બહાર પાડ્યું છે. જેણે ટૂંકમાં “સતપંથ છોડો” પુસ્તક પણ કહેવામાં આવે છે.

The Kutch Kadva Patidar Sanatan community, which followed the Satpanth religion for almost 400 years, has published a book titled “Ma Umano Aadesh Satpanth Chhodo”, literally means “Ma Uma’s Command… Leave Satpanth.” (Ma Uma is Kuldevi, the primary Godessess, of Kutch Kadva Patidar community) This book, which can be considered a scripture, is also referred to as “Satpanth Chhodo” in short.

15મી સદીમાં ઈરાનથી આવેલ સૈયદ ઈમામશાહ બાવા (હાલ નામ હંસતેજ મહારાજ) એ હિન્દુઓને ભોળવી મુસલમાન બનાવવા પીરાણા સતપંથ ધર્મની સ્થાપના કરી અને એમાં ભોળા હિન્દુઓને ફસાવીને ધીરેથી મુસલમાન બનાવવાનું કામ કર્યું.

In the 15th century, Sayyed Imamshah Bawa (presently known as Hanstej Maharaj), who came from Iran, established the Pirana Satpanth religion, to deceive Hindus to convert them to Islam. He slowly trapped innocent Hindus and worked to convert them to Islam.

આજથી લગભગ 100 વર્ષો પહેલાં કચ્છ કડવા પાટીદાર જ્ઞાતિમાં ધાર્મિક ક્રાંતિની શરૂઆત થઈ. એમને ખબર પડી કે એમના પૂર્વજો, કલિયુગના સાચા સનાતન ધર્મ સમજીને જે   પીરણા સતપંથ ધર્મ પાળે છે, એ વાસ્તવમાં ઇસ્લામ ધર્મ છે અને એમના પૂર્વજોને છેતરીને મુસલમાન બનાવવાનું આ એક બહુ જ ઊંડું ષડયંત્ર છે.

About 100 years ago, a religious revolution began in the Kutch Kadva Patidar community. They realized that their ancestors, who were following the Pirana Satpanth religion under false understanding that it is the true Sanatan Dharma of the Kaliyuga, were actually being misled into following Islam. This was a very deep conspiracy to gradually convert their ancestors to Islam.

છેલ્લા 100 વર્ષોની જાગૃતિના પરિણામે વર્ષ 2009માં ફરીથી સનાતન ધર્મ જાગૃતિનું એક બહુજ મોટી ચળવળ શરૂ થઈ. પરિણામે સતપંથનો વિવાદ કડવા પાટીદારોની માતૃ સંસ્થા એટલે “કડવા પાટીદાર કુળદેવી શ્રી ઉમિયા માતાજી સંસ્થાન, ઊંઝા” સુધી પહોંચ્યો. ઉમિયા માતાજી ઊંઝાની મધ્યસ્થીમાં દિનાંક 08-Oct-2017ના સનાતન પક્ષની તરફેણમાં ચુકાદો આપવામાં આવ્યો જેમાં સતપંથીઓને મીઠા શબ્દોમાં સતપંથ ધર્મ છોડવાનું કહેવામાં આવેલ છે.

As a result of the awareness over the last 100 years, once again, a major movement for the revival of Sanatan Dharma began in the year 2009. This led to the Satpanth Controversy reaching the mother institution of the Kadva Patidar community, “Kadva Patidar Kuldevi Shri Umiya Mataji Sansthan, Unjha.” On 8th October 2017, under the mediation of Umiya Mataji Unjha, a verdict was given in favour of the Sanatan side, where the followers of Satpanth were gently terms asked to leave the Satpanth religion.

ઉમિયા માતાજી ઊંઝાની લવાદગી સમક્ષ થયેલ કાર્યવાહીનો આ વિસ્તૃત અને સંપૂર્ણ દસ્તાવેજ છે. કયા પક્ષે કઈ અને કેવી દલીલો કરી, કેવા પુરાવાઓ આપ્યા, ચુકાદો શું આપ્યો, ચુકાદાના અમલીકરણ માટે કેવા પ્રયત્નો કર્યા વગેરે વગેરે તમામ મુદ્દાઓ શામેલ છે.

This is a detailed and comprehensive document of the proceedings before Umiya Mataji’s tribunal in Unjha. It includes the arguments made each side, the evidence presented, the verdict given, and the efforts made to implement the decision.

સતપંથ અને તેમાંય ખાસ પીરાણા સતપંથ બાબતે અભ્યાસ કરનાર લોકો માટે આ એક બહુ મૂલ્ય ખજાનો છે.
